Describe the Job We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager Broking Sales.
This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving insurance sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

What is the primary KRA

Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective client engagement and cross-selling.
Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and service delivery.
Handle client queries, renewals, endorsements, and claims support efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Experience in number of years 2-7 years Work Experience Experience in insurance broking Technology Known Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance broking platforms.
Familiarity with digital sales tools, lead management systems, and performance dashboards.
Ability to leverage data analytics for client insights and strategic decision-making.
Behavioural Traits required Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
