Job Title: Relationship Manager – Field Sales


Location: Pan India / Mumbai / Maharashtra


Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Field Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling on-field sales of insurance products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve business growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle field sales of Term, Health, and Life Insurance products for PolicyBazaar.
  • Visit 2–4 customers daily within the allotted kilometre radius; travel allowance will be provided for each visit.
  • Generate leads through open market, customer references, and local networking. A specific percentage of qualified leads will be provided by the company.
  • Acquire new customers and drive sales through direct field interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable insurance solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service and resolve client queries promptly.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless policy issuance and claims processing.



Requirements:Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, Credit Cards, or Personal Loans)Education: Graduate in any discipline.Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Attributes: Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.Preference: Familiarity with the Maharashtra market and experience working with DSA or direct sales channels is an advantage.Bike and Driving License mandatory
