Job Description

You will be working as a Relationship Manager in a full-time hybrid role for PMP Insurance Broking LLP located in Delhi NCR. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. You will be involved in renewing policies, upselling and cross-selling insurance products, as well as addressing any client queries or issues. Prepare reports, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have experience in client relationship management and customer service, knowledge of insurance products and risk management, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. You must possess analytical and problem-solving abilities, work independently, manage time efficiently, and have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Experience in sales or business development will be advantageous. Freshers are also encouraged to apply for this position.
