Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager. Based in Delhi Ncr with some flexibility to work from home, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client insurance needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products. The role includes renewing policies, upselling and cross-selling insurance products, and resolving any client queries or issues. The individual will also be involved in preparing reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Experience in sales or business development is an advantage
