What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager at Paisaonclick, you will be the core link between our technology and our clients' success:

  • Acquisition & Portfolio Management:

    Proactively source, acquire, and manage a high-value portfolio of clients within your designated loan vertical (Business or Personal).
  • Advisory & Sales:

    Conduct in-depth needs analysis, recommend the optimal loan products, and structure deals to achieve both client satisfaction and organizational targets.
  • Digital Adoption:

    Champion the use of our digital marketplace platform, guiding clients through a seamless,

    technology-first

    loan experience.
  • Collaboration:

    Work seamlessly with our

    Credit, Operations, and Underwriting

    teams to ensure fast processing, high-quality sanctions, and disbursement.
  • Compliance & Quality:

    Maintain the highest standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, and loan quality across your entire portfolio.


Who We Are Looking for?

  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    2 years

    of proven sales and relationship management experience in

    Lending, Banking, or NBFC

    . Specific experience in either Business or Personal Loans is essential for the respective roles.
  • Skills:

    Exceptional

    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

    . A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding demanding sales and revenue goals.
  • Mindset:

    A strong financial and analytical foundation, comfort with technology, and an unshakeable

    customer-first attitude

    .
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Commerce, Business).
