Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing and managing client relationships, assisting clients in understanding market trends, and providing tailored investment solutions. Daily tasks will include client acquisition, portfolio management, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the research team to provide clients with valuable market insights and promote customer loyalty. Qualifications Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and client retention Strong understanding of stock market operations, securities trading, and portfolio management Skills in sales, business development, and achieving financial targets Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and recommend investment strategies Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Work experience in the financial services or securities trading sector is an advantage Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance in securities trading is desirable
