Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Sonipat. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs.
Prepare and present proposals to clients.
Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.
Assess creditworthiness and risk factors associated with clients.
Focus on portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and services.
Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.

Job
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and deal structuring.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet budgetary targets.
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and audit procedures.
Experience in managing relationships with mid corporate clients.
Ability to develop insights to enhance client portfolios.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
