We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and micro mortgages. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with financial software and systems is an advantage.
