We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Micro Mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Micro Mortgages and Inclusive Banking products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with relationship management software and tools. Ability to meet sales targets and achieve performance goals.
