We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in micro mortgages or inclusive banking. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in micro mortgages or inclusive banking. Strong knowledge of financial products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with diverse client groups and building strong relationships. Location- Chennai,Vellore,Tiruvannamalai,Tirupathur
