We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand the customer base. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages, title verification, and inclusive banking practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in using technology platforms for sales management and customer engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client issues.
