Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to lead our leasing business in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility

Take responsibility for the P&L and growth of the Leasing business for Plant & Commercial Machinery Assets within the region.

Identify opportunities and implement strategies to grow the portfolio in the small and medium Enterprises sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and collaborate with them to understand their equipment leasing needs.

Lead and manage a team of Area Sales managers and Relationship Managers, ensuring alignment with the growth agenda.

Develop market intelligence capabilities to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, OEMs, and key regional stakeholders of OEMs.

Job

Minimum DegreePost Graduate/Graduate in Business Management/ Engineering / Finance / Commerce.

Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing teams and building strong client relationships.
