Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the leasing industry. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to grow the portfolio.
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales managers and Relationship Managers.
Build and maintain a strong network within the region''s corporate sector.
Develop market intelligence capabilities to identify trends and opportunities.
Drive client engagement and contribute to the growth of the Leasing business.

Job
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the leasing industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing teams and building strong relationships with clients.
Educational qualificationsB.Com, B.B.A/ B.M.S, MBA/PGDM.
