Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and grow the portfolio in the small and medium enterprises sector.
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales managers and Relationship Managers.
Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment leasing needs and propose custom solutions.
Optimize team productivity and ensure achievement of team results.

Job
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of customer focus, influence, collaboration, financial acumen, risk management, speed, meritocracy, tech quotient, adaptability, integrity, resilience, and agility.
Experience in team management, lead generation, and networking.
Ability to develop market intelligence capabilities to identify trends and opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
A minimum degree of Postgraduate/Graduate in Business Management/Engineering/Finance/Commerce is required.
