Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in financial services, investment products, and equity markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored investment solutions to grow and protect their wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW clients by offering customized financial advice and investment strategies.
• Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis to understand client goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
• Recommend suitable investment products including equities, mutual funds, bonds, structured products, and other financial instruments.
• Build long-term relationships through regular portfolio reviews and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams including research, trading, and product development to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and market standards.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling wealth management, insurance, and banking products.
• Monitor market trends and economic updates to proactively inform and advise clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in relationship management within financial services, with a focus on investments and equity markets.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, financial instruments, and portfolio management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a client book.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, with a high degree of integrity and customer focus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
