Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing appropriate insurance solutions. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, meeting sales targets, handling client queries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales and customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or finance sectors
Ability to understand and address client needs with suitable product recommendations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining detailed client records
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
