Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, field sales, or broker channels.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our health insurance products.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as number of policies sold, premium collected, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of health insurance industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently over time.
