Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients seeking home loan solutions via referrals, networking, and market outreach.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct client meetings to assess financing needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting leads into successful loan applications.
• Deliver tailored presentations and proposals based on clients’ financial profiles.
• Guide clients through the complete loan application process, including documentation, processing, and approval.
• Collaborate with internal departments (credit, risk, operations) to ensure timely loan disbursement.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in any discipline is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in home loan sales, preferably through DSA or banking channels.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in financial services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate (mandatory).
• Experience: 2–3 years in Home Loans / LAP / Business Loans.
• Strong knowledge of DSA & banking channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Loan Documentation & Processing: 2 years (Required)
• Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: 2 years (Required)
• CRM or Loan Management System Proficiency: 2 years (Required)
• Understanding of Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: 2 years (Required)
• Team Collaboration (Credit, Risk, Operations): 2 years (Required)
• Market Research & Lead Generation: 2 years (Required)
