Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager - Retail Agri role located in Mansa. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in the retail agricultural segment to identify needs and recommend suitable financial products. Key tasks include offering guidance on banking and financial solutions, acquiring new customers, managing existing client portfolios, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and achieving business growth objectives. The role requires proactive communication, timely delivery of services, and collaboration with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of agricultural products and financial solutions tailored for the retail agri sector
• Sales, customer acquisition, and client servicing experience
• Understanding of banking processes, regulatory compliance, and financial documentation
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage clients in the area
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Banking, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in retail banking or agricultural finance is advantageous
