Job Description Grapes Innovative Solutions is hiring a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with hospital IT administrators , ensuring positive engagement and smooth implementation of our flagship product, Grapes IDMR . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical understanding, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage post-sales project coordination, including leading a team of implementation and support engineers. Key Responsibilities: Build rapport and trust with hospital IT teams to ensure favourable feedback on Grapes IDMR. Visit hospitals regularly to liaise with IT administrators and ensure high client satisfaction. Coordinate post-sales software implementation projects across hospital departments. Manage a team of implementation engineers, support engineers, and support developers. Act as a communication bridge between hospital IT teams and internal technical/support teams. Ensure smooth after-sales support and timely resolution of issues. Promote positive reporting and influence internal stakeholder perception within client hospitals. Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare IT or software services. Working knowledge of networking concepts and hospital IT infrastructure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage implementation projects and lead technical teams. Willingness to travel extensively for client visits Preferred: Exposure to hospital environments or healthcare workflow systems. Familiarity with HIS/EHR/IDMR platforms.
