Manage a team of implementation engineers, support engineers, and support developers. Act as a communication bridge between hospital IT teams and internal technical/support teams. Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare IT or software services. Working knowledge of networking concepts and hospital IT infrastructure.
