Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join Gogaga Holidays, responsible for recruiting new travel agents, nurturing their performance, and driving sales growth through effective coordination and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Agent Recruitment: Utilize company-provided agent leads to identify and recruit potential travel agents. Conduct scrutiny and evaluation of agent profiles before onboarding. Ensure agents meet company standards and business criteria before approval. Relationship Management & Follow-ups: Maintain close and continuous follow-up with newly recruited agents. Build long-term relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all agent-related queries. Motivate agents to generate consistent leads and convert them into sales. Sales Coordination: Work closely with agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the Operations Team for itinerary generation, pricing, and travel solutions. Bridge communication between operations and agents to ensure timely conversions and customer satisfaction. Agent Retention & Support: Retain existing agents through strong service orientation and timely support. Address agent concerns promptly and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Understand each agent’s business goals and challenges to recommend relevant Gogaga Holidays products and packages. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track agent performance, sales productivity, and lead conversions. Maintain accurate records of recruitment, sales, and follow-up activities. Submit periodic reports to management with insights and recommendations for growth. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities. Share relevant insights with management to refine sales strategies and enhance agent engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Tourism, or Marketing). 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably in travel or service-based industries). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi. Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Key Attributes: Energetic, proactive, and target-driven personality.
