Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, cross sell, and relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
