Relationship Manager

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Sales & Marketing (Insurance) 

Location: Shivalik Shilp, Opp. Iscon Temple, Iscon Cross Road, Sarkhej – Gandhinagar Hwy, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015 

Office Timing: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday: Half-day (9:30 AM – 3:00 PM) 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Sales & Marketing department. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in the insurance industry. 

Key Responsibilities: 

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth for the organization, with a focus on insurance products and services. 

Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s insurance policies.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, claims, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery to clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that all their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 

Sales & Customer Service: Leverage experience in insurance sales, customer service, or relationship management to enhance client retention and maximize business growth. 

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience of 5+ years in the insurance industry or a related field (sales, customer service, or relationship management). 

Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 

Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and industry best practices.
