JOB DESCRIPTION - Relationship Manager

PURPOSE: Act as the bridge between the organization and the partner schools, Organize events for the school, check faculty preparedness for the sessions and prepare monthly reviews to be communicated to the schools.

WORK ALONG WITH

Delivery team, and the Faculty
EVENT:

  • Consult with the team and arrive at a decision on events to be organized for all the partner schools during the academic year.
  • Discuss with the Delivery Team and arrive at a budget for each of the events planned for a term and submit the same for approval to the Head of Delivery.
  • Submission for approval is to be done 15 days before the commencement of the session every term.
  • Prepare a backward design plan for all events involving all steps of execution.
  • Check and get approval for the Agenda for the Day, Write up about the event for all the events of the term.
  • Check and follow up on the following a week prior to the event: Communication regarding the event to partner schools
  • Briefing of the event to our faculties so that they can handle queries
  • Entries of participation from the school is documented and followed upon
  • Social media posts leading to the event.
  • Social media posts on the day of the event and also post-event.
  • A letter of appreciation and gratitude sent to partner schools who have participated in the event
  • A letter of appreciation and encouraging better participation in the forthcoming events.
  • The letters are to be sent to the schools the next day of the event along with some highlights of the event mentioned in the mail.

COMMUNICATION:

  • Event Calendar has to be frozen and communicated to partner schools at the beginning of the term.
  • In addition to this, the schedule of events has to be communicated to the Head of the school.
  • Confirmation of participants for the event of the months to be followed up on.
  • Orient the faculty about the event and their involvement expected.
  • The photographs and videos if applicable pertaining to the event have to be uploaded to the software within 24hrs after completion of the event.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:

  • Prepare a calendar with important dates and events every month.
  • Map our social media posts to important days and prepare creatives to be posted.
  • Get the approval for the same from
  • Post of the day to be uploaded by 11.00 am every day.
  • A monthly tracker of the posts to be maintained in the drive so that data can be reviewed in a timely manner.

MONTHLY REPORTS:

  • Templates for the forthcoming month to be created before the 5th of every month.
  • Weekly attendance and weekly cocoon uploads along with kit usage will be collected from Ms. Anu and updated in the monthly calculation file.
  • Lesson plan covered will be downloaded from Cocoon on a weekly basis and updated in the monthly report
  • Images for the events to be downloaded from cocoon.
  • Highlights of the month will be updated from the events calendar
  • Plan for the forthcoming month will be taken from the events calendar
  • Completed report to be sent to Ms. Padma for review on the first of every month.
  • Reports to be dispatched to school on or before 5th of every month by Ms. Padma.

FACULTY MENTORING:

  • Connect with the faculty every week and check on their progress.
  • Check on the quality of delivery and give constructive feedback
  • Clarify doubts and ensure there is preparedness in each faculty before their scheduled sessions
  • Motivate the faculty to meet deadlines in terms of cocoon uploads and documentation as expected.
  • Schedule training sessions and ensure they are documented.
  • Follow up on low performing faculty, check for reasons and try plugging the gaps
  • Provide constant documented feedback to low performers.
  • Provide constant motivational feedback for faculty who are consistently performing well
  • Recommend faculty for the Award every month to the selection committee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
