We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team and drive client acquisition in the supply chain finance space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales within the Banking & Finance segment or dealer/distribution channels in industries such as FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Pharma. ABOUT 121 FINANCE We are the largest new age NBFC-Factor in the country, certified by RBI in 2022, based out of Jaipur and providing customized Working Capital solutions, like Factoring, Purchase Finance etc. Our technology stack has enabled us to deliver these solutions to borrowers across India. PROFILE OVERVIEW Experience: 3+years Qualification: Graduation or above Location: Jaipur Employment Type: Full-Time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and acquire new clients in the trade and distribution segment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Promote supply chain finance products and services to prospective clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. SKILLS REQUIRED: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Supply Chain Finance, Banking & Finance, or relevant dealer/distribution channels. Strong knowledge of trade & distribution segments in the assigned geography. Understanding of financial concepts, working capital requirements, and supply chain finance solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives effectively. Ability to gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
