Job Title: Relationship Executive – General Insurance

Department: Sales

Location: Ahmedabad, Himmatnagar, Baroda, Gandhidham, and Surat

Monday to Friday: (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Saturday: (9:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

Overview:

We are hiring Relationship Executive to join our growing General Insurance sales team. This role involves new client acquisition, managing existing client relationships, and offering tailored insurance solutions including Motor Insurance, Non-Motor Insurance (Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, etc.), Workmen Compensation (WC), and Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Motor, Non-Motor, Health, WC, Property, Fire & Marine Insurance.

• Client Servicing: Provide dedicated support to clients on policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.

• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure excellent post-sale service.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with underwriting, claims, operations, and other teams to ensure timely and seamless service.

• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.

• MIS & Reporting: Maintain sales pipeline data, client communication logs, and daily activity reports.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of General Insurance products (Motor, Health, WC, Fire, Marine, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven with a customer-first approach

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)

Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

• Experience: 0 –3 years (Freshers are welcome; experience in insurance sales, BFSI, or broking preferred)

• Certifications: IRDA certification (preferred, not mandatory)
