Preparing documents related to Rehabilitation of Kesarpura, Rail ka Amrana new abadi and remaining JSKK houses in existing ML area. KRA2 Expenses plan Planning and preparing expenses for land documents, legal expenses, demarcation of land and other day to day work. KRA3 Legal matter related to land Follow up pending land cases with various courts. Follow up and settle all pending mutation cases. Follow up pending conversion cases. Supporting role in stamp duty related cases. Drafting agreements, notice and police FIR related to land and legal work. Title Search of land through Advocate. Follow up with legal experts and obtain opinion as per requirement of the case. Responsible for timely depositing annual land tax. KRA4 Government compliance Liaison with all Govt. officers related to land acquisition permission. Liaison with Patwari, Revenue Inspector, Tehsildar and SDM for land matters. Liaison with various court officers and staff. Liaison with Dist. Revenue record office. KRA5 Land Committee Meeting Supportingroleinland prepared minuts of meeting. KRA6 SOP Compliance SOP ComplianceEnsure all land related documents prepare as per business SOP & Unit SOP. CreatingasafetycultureintheConductingdepartmentalmonthlysafetymeeting. organizationFollow compliance of safety for self and others. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day supervision of construction activity on site and assisting Project Engineer / Manager for submission of daily progress reports and other site related information.Oversee tests on the engineering services installation like water supply, waste water management, electrical services, firefighting system, HVAC, Medical gases storage and delivery system, voice and data networking system, building security and surveillance etc. including any other service not specifically mentioned here but needed for a seamless functioning of a hospital/ nursing school during their respective installation stage.Oversee commissioning of Engineering services systems including its integrated functioning.Maintain sites diaries, testing results.Verify the compliance of the various engineering services, systems and controls installed are as per the Works Contract agreement. Ensure availability of the O&M manual for the systems and controls installed.Liaison with the authorities for relocation of utilities and securing supply of utilities required for hospital operation.Carry out field inspections on the Contractor’s setting out of the works in relation to original points, lines and levels of reference specified in the contract.Measure and value the work output performed by the Contractor verify statements.
