Hiring Medical Affairs SpecialistLocation: HyderabadDepartment: Medical Affairs / Medico-MarketingQualification: MBBS / M.PharmaRole OverviewThe Medical Affairs Specialist will support clinical, scientific, and medico-marketing initiatives for the Robotic Rehabilitation Center. The role includes medical training, scientific communication, international marketing exposure, and KOL engagement to promote advanced robotic rehabilitation technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesMedical & Scientific SupportDevelop high-quality medical writing and scientific content.Respond to medical/scientific queries from sales, marketing, and clinicians.Present scientific information at CMEs, conferences, workshops, and advisory boards.Review and approve promotional/educational materials per regulatory guidelines.Training & EducationProvide pre-launch and launch training for new robotic rehabilitation technologies.Conduct sales force medical training, clinical explanation, and recovery protocols.Prepare training modules on robotic rehab, patient outcomes, and therapy pathways.Medico-Marketing & International ExposureCollaborate with marketing to create scientifically accurate marketing strategies.Participate in international marketing activities, scientific content adaptation for global markets, and cross-country communication with global clinical teams.Support planning for new product/therapy launches in rehabilitation solutions.Contribute to technology assessments, product evaluations, and pipeline planning.KOL Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (physiatrists, neurologists, orthopedicians, rehab specialists).Support KOL interactions to promote scientific advocacy for robotic rehabilitation.Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and therapy centers.Business & Field ActivitiesParticipate in cycle meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and medico-marketing events.Support business development by nurturing existing client relationships and onboarding new clients.Provide scientific credibility during demos, field activities, and customer engagements.
