Hiring: Assistant Manager- Livelihood | M3M Foundation M3M Foundation is looking for a qualified professional to join our Livelihood vertical as Assistant Manager- Livelihood . The role involves end-to-end coordination, implementation, and monitoring of livelihood initiatives designed to support beneficiary rehabilitation and sustainable income generation. Key Responsibilities: • Support the design and implementation of livelihood programs aligned with beneficiary needs and market trends • Coordinate livelihood and rehabilitation plans with case workers and beneficiaries • Develop and update SOPs and employability skills curriculum • Monitor program budgets, expenditures, and beneficiary progress • Facilitate bank account setup, stipend management, and financial tracking • Build and maintain partnerships with organisations offering training and employment opportunities • Organise exposure visits and manage mentors, interns, and volunteers • Prepare monthly reports and document beneficiary success stories Requirements: • Experience: 2–3 years in livelihoods, social development, community engagement, or related fields • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills 📍 Location: Gurugram, Sec 66 📩 To Apply: Please share your CV at yukta.yadav@m3mfoundation.org Professionals committed to community development and sustainable livelihood enhancement are encouraged to apply.
