MC-Bauchemie India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and expand our Repair Systems portfolio, including concrete repair, protection, and strengthening solutions at either our Noida location.

Key Responsibilites

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for repair and strengthening systems, including mortars, coatings, corrosion inhibitors, and bonding agents.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and develop effective product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QC, and technical sales teams to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction on key infrastructure and building projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil); advanced qualifications in Civil Engineering or related fields preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction chemicals or building materials with a strong background in repair and rehabilitation solutions.
• Technical expertise in concrete repair technologies, project specification experience, and excellent communication skills.
