MC-Bauchemie India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Product Manager – Waterproofing to drive growth, positioning, and technical leadership for our waterproofing portfolio in the Indian construction chemicals market, based at Noida location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete product lifecycle for waterproofing systems (membranes, liquid-applied systems, coatings, sealants and related accessories) from strategy and roadmap to launch and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research, analyze competition, define pricing and positioning, and support sales with technical presentations, specifications, and project conversions.
• Collaborate with R&D, QC, and Operations for new product development, quality improvements, approvals, and to resolve complex site/application issues for key projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil); higher qualifications in Civil Engineering are an added advantage.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction chemicals/building materials with strong exposure to waterproofing systems and project specifications.
• Strong technical understanding of waterproofing solutions, excellent communication and training skills, and willingness to travel across India to support key customers and sales teams.
