About the Role

Regulatory Reporting Analyst

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on data management, and effective communication with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory returns and large-volume datasets via

  Axiom

  .
• Manage data validation processes, diagnosing and triaging validation failures.
• Work with cloud-based datasets and query tools (Python or similar).
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in

  Tableau

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting within tight deadlines.
• Apply knowledge of

  Balance Sheet, P&L statements

  , and (ideally) the

  Mortgage market

  to support reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA

  or equivalent.

• 5–7 years

  of hands-on technical experience in regulatory reporting/analytics.
• Proven expertise in

  SAS

  and practical knowledge of

  Python

  and

  Tableau

  .
• Understanding of

  Balance Sheet

  and

  P&L statements

  .
• Prior exposure to the

  Mortgage market

  (preferred).
• Strong technical ability with reporting/analytical tools and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a

  regulatory or reporting context

  under tight deadlines.
