Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Analyst – 12 Month Contract - Open to C2C Location: Gurugram (Hybrid) Contract Type: 12 Months About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our financial services client on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely regulatory reporting, leveraging technical expertise in SAS, Python, Tableau, and Axiom. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on data management, and effective communication with stakeholders across all levels of seniority. Key Responsibilities Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory returns and large-volume datasets via Axiom . Manage data validation processes, diagnosing and triaging validation failures. Work with cloud-based datasets and query tools (Python or similar). Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau . Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting within tight deadlines. Apply knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L statements , and (ideally) the Mortgage market to support reporting accuracy. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA or equivalent. 5–7 years of hands-on technical experience in regulatory reporting/analytics. Proven expertise in SAS and practical knowledge of Python and Tableau . Understanding of Balance Sheet and P&L statements . Prior exposure to the Mortgage market (preferred). Strong technical ability with reporting/analytical tools and cloud-based solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
