Regulatory Reporting Analyst

As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst on a 12-month contract with our financial services client, your role will involve delivering accurate and timely regulatory reporting using your technical expertise in SAS, Python, Tableau, and Axiom. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory returns and large-volume datasets via Axiom. - Manage data validation processes, diagnosing and triaging validation failures. - Use cloud-based datasets and query tools such as Python or similar. - Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau. - Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting within tight deadlines. - Apply your knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L statements, and preferably the Mortgage market to support reporting accuracy. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate in B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA or equivalent. - 5-7 years of hands-on technical experience in regulatory reporting/analytics. - Proven expertise in SAS and practical knowledge of Python and Tableau. - Understanding of Balance Sheet and P&L statements. - Prior exposure to the Mortgage market is preferred. - Strong technical ability with reporting/analytical tools and cloud-based solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a regulatory or reporting context under tight deadlines.
