Regulatory Reporting Analyst

As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, running, and amending existing SAS codes and queries, as well as developing new codes based on regulatory requirements and changes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Production of regulatory outputs accurately and in a timely manner, including calculating and posting all planned and ad hoc adjustments within agreed timelines. - Ensuring completion of regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis requests to a high standard, supporting internal monthly franchise and legal entity reporting. - Providing assurance for regulatory compliance and monitoring, as well as maintaining and enhancing interfaces and processes within regulatory reporting. - Contributing to the production of Mortgage reports in accordance with regulatory guidance. - Driving engagement surveys in your business area and taking ownership of designing and delivering necessary action plans to enhance engagement levels. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Com/BCA/B.Tech/MBA degree, along with 5-7 years of technical hands-on experience in SAS, Python, and Tableau. Understanding of balance sheets, P&L statements, and knowledge of the Mortgage market would be advantageous. You should have hands-on experience with reporting and analytical tools like Tableau, Python, etc., excellent communication skills, and the ability to submit returns/large volume data sets via Axiom. Additionally, you should be technically proficient in working with cloud-based solutions and datasets using Python or similar query tools. You should be comfortable communicating with stakeholders on complex issues across all levels of seniority, with a proven track record of task delivery in an analytical, regulatory, or reporting context. The ability to deliver to tight deadlines, work flexibly, and adapt to changes in priority is essential for this role.,
