Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Review Governance team at Deutsche Bank AG in Jaipur, India, you will be responsible for Governance and Planning regarding the timely completion of Know-Your-Client (KYC) reviews. This global function supports all CLM KYC Ops regional teams to ensure files are completed in a timely manner and are restricted if the KYC is not completed. Your role involves monitoring files, coordinating documentation, and ensuring adherence to the KYC policy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team of governance officers monitoring process reviews of different client roles - Ensure compliance to KYC policy and strong governance practices - Optimize and automate existing and new processes - Motivate the team to achieve their best and think strategically towards achieving organizational goals - Provide support and guidance on best practices, analytical insights, and challenge the team on quality, completeness, and timeliness - Manage key communication, escalate files not in compliance, and handle sensitive client data appropriately - Develop strong knowledge of systems, people, and processes to drive efficient delivery - Work effectively with key stakeholders, escalate red flag situations, and provide monthly Key Performance Reporting Qualifications Required: - Understanding of Control, Compliance/AML, and Investigation functions in the banking industry - In-depth knowledge of performance metrics - Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time-management skills - Decision-making, problem-solving, teaching, and coaching abilities - Intermediate level excel and PowerPoint skills required, SharePoint administration experience a plus - Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and attention to detail skills - Ability to influence key stakeholders, provide coaching, and reach common ground - Excellent personal organization, prioritization, and English language skills Company Details: Deutsche Bank Group promotes a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to excel together.
