Regional Visual Merchandiser

Role (Why position exists)

Will be responsible for implementing visual merchandizing standards within retail stores as per designated area.

Main Responsibilities

• Creating & adapting window displays for the region.
• Integrate brand images in visual presentations throughout the stores.
• To make a strong impact with visual merchandising and redesigning in-store layouts to drive sales forward.
• Innovate and implement seasonal merchandising presentations.
• Initiate unique visual presentations.
• Handling all the aesthetics that contribute to store ambience.
• Monitor merchandise inventories.
• Mannequin styling, wardrobe management & color blocking / attractive presentation of the merchandise
• Planning and Implementing the Brands visual strategy across designated area in coordination with HOD
• Coordinate with stores manager on key visual merchandising efforts.
• Train store staff on VM Guidelines & develop Cluster – VM for planning aspects of New Store Opening
• Design and implement key visual elements including styling of bust forms, leg forms and Henry hangers.
• Coordination between vendors for timely dispatch and deliveries of the visual merchandising kits.
