Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a Finance Support organization for all countries within the region, ensuring services are delivered as per service agreements. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the Finance support organization towards the target model within the region - Managing a group of regional support functions such as Finance Process Managers, Business Excellence Manager, System and Master Data Administrators, and Project leaders/SAP implementation in the sub-region - Overseeing competency management for the support function - Driving performance improvement and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements - Coordinating the implementation of agreed standardized processes and templates In this role, you can expect: - A stimulating and challenging job in an international and developing environment - Opportunity to be part of an experienced and open-minded team - Gain in-depth knowledge of best-in-class Finance Operations & processes We expect you to have: - Superior understanding of overall Finance & Accounting with a broad understanding of Finance processes, process development, and improvement - Strong Program, project, and process management skills with a focus on continuous improvement - Good organizational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals, enforce deadlines, and maintain flexibility - Extended networking and team management skills - Experience with MS Office required and a superior understanding of Finance systems/ERP - Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills - Ability to challenge the standard/Status- Quo to secure accounting and improve processes, open-mindedness towards changes Qualifications required: - CA/CMA/MBA - 15+ years of work experience within Finance function including 5+ years of experience in Finance management and development, working and leading multicultural global teams effectively, change management, and exposure to working in a Manufacturing Set-up/Shared services Centre will be an added advantage If interested, please share your updated profile @ supriya.joshi@skf.com About SKF: SKF has been a global supplier of bearings and supporting solutions for rotating equipment for over a century.
