Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales and marketing efforts across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building strategic partnerships, achieving revenue targets, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Identify and develop new B2B clients and distribution channels.

Manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

Create and implement effective marketing plans to increase brand awareness and product visibility.

Maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and stakeholders.

Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
