We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales and marketing efforts across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building strategic partnerships, achieving revenue targets, and managing a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Identify and develop new B2B clients and distribution channels. Manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Create and implement effective marketing plans to increase brand awareness and product visibility. Maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and stakeholders. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring distributor and retail channel efficiency, implementing promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets in line with the companys objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Execution Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for FMCG and OTC products. Develop and execute area-wise sales plans in alignment with corporate goals. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Implement trade promotions, schemes, and product launches effectively. 2. Team Management Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives. Monitor performance, provide coaching and set individual targets. Conduct regular market visits and joint working with the sales team. 3. Distributor & Channel Management Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and sub-stockists in the assigned territory. Ensure timely stock replenishment, order processing, and credit control. 4. Market Development Strengthen presence in both traditional and modern trade channels. Build relationships with key retailers and chemists for OTC product push.
