Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Gandhidham. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Sales and Business Development
• Strong Client Relationship and Networking skills
• Experience in Sea freight industry & Gujarat market is mandatory
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the logistics industry
