Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Distributor Development & Management

Identify and appoint new distributors, channel partners, and dealers across Tamil Nadu.
Negotiate distributor agreements, margins, and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular reviews of distributor performance and provide support for achieving sales goals.

2. Sales & Market Growth

Drive sales of OT tables, OT lights, sterilizers, hospital furniture, and other medical equipment.
Prepare and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

3. Customer & Channel Support

Ensure distributors provide timely service, installation, and after-sales support to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct product training, marketing activities, and joint sales visits with distributors.
Resolve escalated issues related to pricing, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

4. Reporting & Compliance

Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
