As a Sales Manager (In-House) at our company in Trivandrum, your role is crucial in driving the sales of ERP Software, Accounting Software, and Web Solutions. Your primary responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a sales team, managing client relationships, and expanding the company's international sales presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets, identify new business opportunities, and execute plans for upselling and cross-selling solutions. - Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative team culture. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, manage the entire sales cycle, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. - Monitor sales metrics, revenue trends, and team performance, implement processes for productivity, and coordinate with other teams for alignment. - Expand the company's global footprint through partnerships, lead generation, and new market strategies. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 5+ years of software sales experience with a focus on ERP, Accounting, or Web Solutions. - Demonstrated success in international sales and business development, with strong leadership and communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, your performance will be measured by the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets, growth in international market share, team productivity metrics, client acquisition and retention rates, and contribution to overall company revenue growth.
