Job Title : Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan Industry : HoReCa Experience : 3–10 years in Sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or regional role Job Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive sales operations across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Distributors Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the region Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions and marketing initiatives Analyze sales reports, forecast demand, and submit performance reports to the senior management Oversee collection, credit management, and ensure compliance with company policies Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and efficiency Will be responsible for accelerating our presence in the Foodservice (HoReCa) sector. Research and maintain data of new and upcoming hotels, restaurants and cafes. Promote Brands and Products by to existing and new customers. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
