About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities to expand business. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. 3. Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals. 4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders. 5. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies. 6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability. 7. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. 8. Provide regular reports on business development activities and results. Required skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Knowledge of the food industry or similar sectors is an advantage. Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on results. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
