Regional Sales Manager

The role involves driving B2B sales by approaching and closing deals with schools for FunFits integrated PE and sports programs. You will be responsible for building and leveraging strong relationships with school authorities, especially Principals, HODs, Trustees, and Administrators. Independently mapping and onboarding schools in your region through field visits, calls, and strategic follow-ups will be a key aspect of the role. Presenting and pitching FunFits offerings in a compelling manner through demos, meetings, and school events is essential. Maintaining a healthy sales funnel by regular school visits, prospecting, and follow-ups is crucial for success. Participation in educational events, seminars, and outreach activities to build visibility and lead pipelines is expected. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction is also part of the responsibilities. Maintaining competitive awareness and updating yourself with new trends in the education and EdTech space is required to excel in the role. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets as assigned is a key performance indicator. The ideal candidate should have a strong existing network with school decision-makers in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. Prior experience in educational sales/B2B school outreach will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients. Being self-motivated and capable of handling the end-to-end sales cycle independently is crucial. Knowledge of school operations and dynamics is essential for understanding the needs of the educational institutions. Willingness to travel across regions regularly is a requirement for this position. Comfort with reporting, CRM updates, and basic digital communication is expected.
