Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth in the assigned territory. The RSM will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory and commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and manage the performance of sales representatives in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; recommend and execute corrective actions.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and expenses.
• Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and solution-oriented service.
• Collaborate with the regulatory and packaging development team to meet compliance requirements of clients.
• Support distributors with commercialization, marketing, promotion, and product registrations.
• Process and convert incoming leads into active customers.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate internal follow-ups for order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely delivery of promotional and marketing materials to the field force.
• Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Review and approve team members’ expense reports in line with company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
