Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Mumbai team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the products and services across the laboratory segment. This includes private and government laboratories, research institutions, pharma companies, and chemical sectors. Experience in handling government tenders is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: · Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the laboratory sector, including private companies and government organizations. Ensure site visit within 48 hrs. of enquiry. · Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, including lab managers, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers. Co-ordination for AMC / Services Sales and post sales supporting clients with their queries / complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. · Product Promotion & Demonstration: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products manufactured and distributed by ScienceByDesign, to prospective clients. Customize product offerings to meet specific client requirements. · Market Analysis & Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities. Share insights with internal teams to guide product development and marketing strategies. · Sales Administration: Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the leadership team. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while adhering to company policies. Ensuring payments from clients within the specified timelines Key Qualifications: · Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field. · Experience : 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in laboratory equipment, scientific solutions, or related industries.
