Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and resolve medication-related queries. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines for the storage, handling, and disposal of controlled substances and other medications. Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and accountability in pharmaceutical operations. Provide customer service excellence, including upselling and cross-selling relevant health and wellness products. Stay informed on new medications, treatment guidelines, and industry standards.
